Licensing Terms
When you purchase an artwork (physical or digital), you are acquiring the physical item or licensed copy only. All copyrights and intellectual property rights remain with the artist.
- Purchasing an artwork does not grant you ownership of the copyright, reproduction rights, or any other intellectual property rights.
- You may not reproduce, copy, distribute, or commercially exploit the artwork or digital file without prior written permission from the artist.
- You are permitted to resell the original physical artwork or the purchased digital file, provided that no copies are made and no modifications are applied.
- You are strictly prohibited from making modifications that could harm the integrity of the original work, including but not limited to:
- altering shapes or proportions,
- cropping or cutting parts of the artwork,
- changing or distorting colors,
- adding or removing elements,
- or any other modification without the artist’s prior written approval.
